Deposit & Refund Policy
There is no deposit required when booking a tour.
To secure your Farm Party or Mobile Farm Party, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Deposits go toward your total balance and must be paid in advance to hold your date.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your visit or event.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling: If you need to change your date due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will happily work with you to find a new date.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future visit if canceled at least [24 hours] before your scheduled time.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within [2 hours] of your booking) will forfeit the deposit.
