Why do I have to book?
We are a small, family-run farmstead, offering a unique, personal experience with our animals. Due to limited space, we cannot accommodate multiple vehicles at the same time. Our petting farm focuses on hands-on, sensory-rich interactions, providing one-on-one moments with each animal. To ensure the safety of both you and our animals, we’ll guide you on the proper techniques for handling and caring for them.
Do you require a deposit when booking?
For booking regular petting tour visits there is no deposit, and payment is due on your arrival.
Booking our Farm Birthday packages a deposit of $25(Mini)/ $50(OBP) to secure your booking and the rest will be due when you arrive.
Booking our Mobile Service we will require a deposit of $50 to secure your booking, the rest will be due when you arrive.
Is the farm experience completely outside?
Yes! SPF is an outdoor farm experience. We recommend dressing appropriately for the weather, and all guests must keep their boots on.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Since our farm and mobile parties are fully outdoors, we monitor the weather closely. If conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust plans as needed.
What is your cancellation policy
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if rescheduling is needed. Full cancellation details will be provided at the time of booking.
Do you have handwashing stations
Yes! We provide handwashing and sanitizing stations to ensure proper hygiene after handling animals.
